An additional 10% Hotel Tax/Service Charge will be added to rates. The rate includes mid-week and final maid service, all utilities, internet access, and telephone except long distance. Please note the villa rates include a one week family membership to the Long Bay Beach Resort for pool and tennis or fitness center, which also entitles a 10% discount on restaurants and use of beach lounges. A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking; balance due two months before arrival. In case of medical emergency, our cancellation policy is that the balance due 60 days before arrival date is refundable up to 30 days before rental date. The deposit is not refundable. A $500 refundable security deposit is requested with the final payment.
