This 400-foot elevation was selected because it is enough cooler, drier, and quieter to make a difference, but is still within sight and sound of the surf. For stays of more than a day or two, most people find this much preferable to being right on the beach. It’s a perfect place to retire after a day on the water, diving/snorkeling, on the beach, shopping, or exploring the likes of the Botanical Gardens or the tropical rain forest at Mount Sage Park. |

Lone Palm is architect designed and completed in the new millennium, featuring top quality construction and layout. The approximately 3600 square feet under roof includes the main floor of 1850 square feet, about 1300 square feet of deck/verandah, a 200 square foot covered front deck, and a second, lower floor suite of about 300 square feet. |

Ceiling fans in every room provide very amply for comfort at this elevation. |

The lower level suite includes a separate entrance: bedroom, bath with shower, kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. |
